Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings for our holiday apartments can be made online via our website or by phone.
  • Payment of the total amount for the booked period is to be made in advance via bank transfer or payment service provider.
  • A booking is considered binding once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been sent.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by email or post.
  • For cancellations up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, we will refund 100% of the paid amount.
  • For cancellations less than 30 days before the planned arrival date, no refund will be given.
  • Changes to the booking (date, number of persons, etc.) can be made depending on availability and by arrangement.

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in may be possible by arrangement.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Later check-out may be possible by arrangement and for an additional fee.
  • Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time so that we can arrange key collection.

Liability and Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation and its furnishings during their stay.
  • The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property.

Behavior and House Rules

  • The house rules must be observed, and guests are asked to be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
  • Parties and events are not permitted in the accommodation.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas.
